The partnership brings together HTS's expertise in new parts supply, field service, controls, and commissioning with Liburdi's proprietary hot gas path component repair capabilities, creating a fully integrated solution for Alstom fleet operators.
As many Alstom gas turbines continue to operate beyond their original service life, owner/operators are seeking experienced service providers that can help extend asset life, improve reliability, and reduce operating costs. By combining their respective capabilities, HTS and Liburdi aim to provide a more comprehensive support model for this installed fleet, including access to a dedicated new and refurbished parts supply chain for operators requiring inventory or replacement parts.
The partnership includes a joint investment into additional shop capacity, field service capabilities, and a dedicated engineering support team. The operations will be based in Mooresville, North Carolina.
